DESCRIPTION:The Cancer Research Institute Clinic and Laboratory Integratio
 n Program (CLIP) supports pre-clinical and translational research that c
 an be directly applied to optimizing cancer immunotherapy in the clinic. C
 LIP grants are awarded to qualified scientists exploring clinically relev
 ant questions aimed at improving the effectiveness of cancer immunotherapi
 es. \n\nThe Cancer Research Institute established CLIP to support investi
 gators who are studying critical topics at the intersection of laboratory 
 and clinical research.\n\nProposals in all cancers are encouraged.\n\nDead

 tion: Two years\n\nFunding: $200\,000 USD\n\nEligibility:\n\n	Faculty appo
 intment as a tenure-track assistant professor (or higher rank) at the time
  of award activation.\n	Or\, institutional documentation must accompany th
 e Letter of Intent indicating that PI will hold the position of assistant
  professor (or higher rank) by the time of award activation.\n	No citizens
 hip restrictions\n	Research supported by the award may be conducted at med
 ical schools and research centers in the United States or abroad.\n\nHow t
 o Apply:  The process for applying for a CLIP Grant consists of two parts
