DESCRIPTION:EPFLeaders4impact is a new postdoctoral fellowship programme f
 unding talented researchers who have the ambition to provide innovative so
 lutions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.\n\nThe progra
 mme will fund between 40 and 120 fellowships of a duration of 12\, 18\, 24
 \, or 36 months. Granted applicants will carry out their project at EPFL a
 nd will benefit from a multifaceted training programme\, including a colla
 boration with the non-academic sector.\n\nEPFLeaders4impact has received f
 unding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation pr
 ogramme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 101034260.\n\
 nWhat: 12\, 18\, 24\, or 36-month postdoctoral fellowships. The EPFLeaders
 4impact fellowship consists of a monthly contribution to the salary of the
  postdoctoral researcher of EUR 2’740. The remaining part of the salary 
 as well as associated costs are covered by the EPFL hosting laboratory.\nW
 here: research funded by the EPFLeaders4impact programme must be conducted
  at one of the EPFL campuses in Lausanne\, Geneva\, Neuchâtel\, Valais\, 
 or Fribourg.\nEligibility:       \nThe EPFLeaders4impact programme i
 s open to applicants of any nationality provided they fulfill the followin
 g eligibility criteria:\n\n	Applicants must be Experienced Researchers (ER
 )\; they must hold a doctoral degree or have at least 4 years of full-time
  equivalent research experience by at the latest the date of recruitment.\
 n	Applicants must fulfil the MSCA transnational mobility rules and must no
 t have resided or carried out their main activity (work\, studies\, etc.) 
 in Switzerland for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before t
 he call deadline.\n	Applicants must be able to carry out full-time researc
 h during the fellowship period. Parental leave\, sick leave\, care leave\,
  and military leave are nevertheless permitted.\n\nWhen to start: at the e
 arliest on 1 June 2022 and at the latest on 1 October 2022 for the first c
 all\, at the earliest on 1 September 2022 and at the latest on 1 January 2
