The Business Concept course is a semester program designed to help students, researchers, and alumni build a real startup project over weekly evening sessions. Through knowledge sharing and guidance from experienced entrepreneurs, you’ll develop the key skills to build a business and pitch to a professional jury at the end of the program.

What the Course Includes

  • Apply with an idea or to join a team: 25 participants per region will be selected. Teams of 5 will be built around the most promising 5 project ideas with the objective to build a concrete startup project throughout the course.
  • Bootcamp Day in Lausanne: Kick off with participants from all regions.
  • Weekly Evening Sessions (5–9 p.m.): Learn from successful entrepreneurs covering topics from market validation to team building.
  • Coaching Sessions per Team: Individual support to help your project move forward.
  • Final Pitch: Present your startup project to a jury of key Swiss startup support institutions' representatives.
