2 Hands + 1 LED + 1 Solar Panel = One Lamp
1.6 billion people in the world do not have access to a regular supply of electricity and use kerosene lamps for lighting. Our mission is to empower people in these countries to make their own rechargeable lamps powered by solar energy. Come and make your own solar lamp to help us achieve our goal.
Register before 09 April by emailing [email protected] or through our event on Facebook. The workshop will cost 5 CHF for just participation, and an additional 30 CHF for the lamp (if you take it with you). All proceeds will go towards funding LEDsafari activities in Africa and India.
