The digital leap observed over the past decade leads us to reinventing everything we do and know, work included! Job sharing was introduced 40 years ago and is now starting to regain a new momentum. People are more inclined to share their jobs, creating duos or even trios to have positions that making more of impact in a productive-resourceful way. All this is made possible thanks collaboration, digital interconnectivity and the collective intelligence.
The 2017 colloquium focuses on the opportunities and challenges presented from job&top Sharing, Work Smart Initiative as well as Slash Careers. Our 35 specially selected speakers and panellists will shed light on the implementation of alternative work models in an open discussion forum.
