Ambros Lüthi Foundation | Prize in the field of economics

The Ambros Lüthi Foundation promotes scientific research and teaching in the field of economics, with an emphasis on ethical and/or ecological questions.

Every two years, the Foundation awards a Prize of CHF 5’000 to an achieved research work.

The research work must:

• Pertain to one of the following categories: scientific works (for example, master dissertations, doctoral theses, articles, books), scientific projects in the process of realization, and other projects.
• Have been at least substantially accomplished within the 3 years preceding the submission.
• Address at least one of the following areas:
  • socio-economic studies
  • econometric studies
  • studies of alternative economic models
  • projects on scientific, technological or organizational innovation and/or their technology transfer.
• Must be of economic, business and/or environmental ethical importance.

• Must include:
  • 1. Description summarizing the project (1 page max.) consisting of:
    • 1.1 Title of the project
    • 1.2 Keywords characterizing the issues addressed in the project
    • 1.3 Abstract of the project
  • 2. Information about each member of the project (1 page max.):
    • 2.1 Family name, first name and date of birth
    • 2.2 Academic title and discipline
    • 2.3 Institution, department and function
    • 2.4 Postal address, telephone number and email address
