The exhibition Begin Again. Fail Better invites us to delve into a collection of preliminary drawings by architects... where many voices are missing. Again. We invite you to question these absences: What stories remain invisible in architectural archives? What role do institutions play in reproducing norms of gender, class, and race? How can we give voice to forgotten narratives, erased figures, and anonymous workers whose names are never recorded?
Archives and those who curate them are not free from responsibility. They select, prioritize, and forget. They shape our imaginations and forge the canons of our discipline. This discussion is an invitation to "begin again," to "fail better" in building a more open and equitable architectural memory.
