Brain Computer Interfaces, invasive and non-invasive BCI allow brain communication in paralysed patients up to the locked in state. However, in the complete locked in state BCI failed. We describe the first BCI system which allowed simple communication in the complete locked in state. The system is based on a motor theory of learning using principles of classic conditioning
