The Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds awards Travel Grants to junior researchers who are currently conducting an experimental project in basic biomedical research and wish to pursue a short-term research stay or attend a practical course in Europe.

- Who can apply:
- PhD students or medical students pursuing an experimental doctoral thesis;
- who are pursuing a particular research project;
- Graduates from abroad who have applied for a PhD project.
- up to 3 months.
- Eligible costs: flat rate for travel, lodging and course fees. Does NOT cover research-related costs.
