The ERA-NET CHIST-ERA supports EU research collaborations in information and communication sciences and technologies.
In 2015, the CHIST-ERA funding scheme supports the following two subject areas:
Applicants from Switzerland need to submit an administrative application via mySNF (newly under Programmes/ERA-NET) to the SNSF by 13 January 2016 in addition to the full application to CHIST-ERA. Researchers who have never been supported as grantees in the funding category "project funding" are requested to contact the SNSF before submission.

- Terahertz Band for Next-Generation Mobile Communications Systems
