In this 3-hour course, reserved for PhD candidates, you will learn lots of actionnable tools to become better at :
- Influencing and convincing
- Managing difficult communication situations, such as giving negative feedback, declining a request, de-escalating emerging conflicts
- Ensuring the quality of decisions, in particular through a better understanding of cognitive biases
- Taking advantage of the stress response

The course will be followed by a 2-hour feeadback session on 14 March (09 - 11h) when you will be able to discuss the results you obtained by practicing in the field. Attendance at both sessions is mandatory.
The workshop is reserved for EPFL Dcotoral candidates and limited to 15 participants. Please note that it does not give any ECTS credits.
