This workshop aims at fostering inclusion through the empowerment of Postdocs as future leaders. Through role plays and experience sharing, you will learn tools for inclusive leadership which are essential for you to become responsible and empowered leaders.
PROGRAM
May 5 2022: 16h-19h - Becoming active promoters of inclusion through responsible leadership (for men*)
Topics covered: diversity and inclusion, responsible leadership, active bystandership and allyship, practical tools and tips for inclusive leadership.
May 6 2022: 9h-12h - Leadership skills for empowerment and self-confidence (for women*)
Topics covered: subtle and non-subtle discrimination, self-empowerment, solidarity, practical tools and tips for inclusive leadership.
*Participants can join one of the two trainings independently of their gender.
May 10 2022: 13h30-17h
Workshop : How can the we foster inclusion through the empowerment of its future leaders?
