The talk will adress the essence of the past years of Detachment experiments in ASDEX Upgrade H-Modes at medium to highest heating power.
A focus will be the analysis of the X-point radiation regime with completely detached targets and the plasma evolution towards this regime. Accompanying modeling with the SOLPS-code for the edge and boundary plasma will be presented.
