Are you developing a medical device or a digital health solution?
The Human Health by Design program supports early‑stage teams in designing, prototyping, and validating solutions grounded in real clinical needs.
This 6‑month program (June–December 2026) combines field immersion, user‑centered design, and multidisciplinary expertise to accelerate the adoption of impactful, safe, and clinically relevant technologies.
What the program offers
- Direct access to care environments: immersion, observation, in‑context testing
- Design coaching (UX/UI, industrial design, rapid prototyping)
- Early regulatory and quality guidance
- Market analysis and integration into care pathways
- Connections with healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners
Early‑stage or pre‑incorporated projects in medtech or digital health, with a link to the canton of Vaud and a project ready to progress over the next six months.
Funding
Up to CHF 10,000 in non‑dilutive support per project.

- Application deadline: 31 May 2026
- Jury pitch: 16 June 2026
- Selected projects announced by 22 June 2026
