Bio: Gregor Pawlitzki holds a PhD in organic chemistry and has 20 years of experience in the food packaging industry. He worked in different responsibilities and leading positions mainly in research & development as also in production of package solutions. His focus is on alternative, sustainable packaging materials and technologies with the aim to develop solutions and answers to future challenges like climate change, supplying the world population with food and food waste.
