Innosuisse (ex-CTI) supports science-based research projects between research institutions and companies that meet a market need and promise to be an economic success or generate social value.

Energy & Environment: 27.08.2018, 24.09.2018, 22.10.2018, 12.11.2018
Engineering: 27.08.2018, 24.09.2018, 22.10.2018, 12.11.2018
ICT: 13.08.2018, 17.09.2018, 22.10.2018, 12.11.2018
Life Sciences: 27.08.2018, 24.09.2018, 22.10.2018, 12.11.2018
Social Sciences: 27.08.2018, 24.09.2018, 22.10.2018, 12.11.2018

Duration: the duration of the project may not exceed 36 months for projects with implementation partner and 18 months for those without implementation partner.
 
Who can apply:
As a research institution:

  • You work at a research body.
  • Research partners may be:
    • higher education research centres
    • non-commercial research centres outside of the university domain
    • federal government research institutions, which have to conduct their own research projects in order to properly perform their duties;
    • federal research establishments
  • A company wants to realise its innovation project with you as a research partner.
As a company:
  • Your company or non-profit organisation adds value to the Swiss market and has a UID number.
  • A research institution wants to realize an innovation project with you.
  • You will bear any project costs incurred by your company and are prepared to provide the research partner with costs in the amount of at least 10% of Innosuisse’s funding.
  • You focus on science-based innovation – the practical application of the latest technologies and findings from research.
