The team of Dr. Jörg Scheuermann is developing methods for the DNA-encoding of chemical libraries (DELs) and is applying them for generating ligands of disease targets. Recently, the group has presented an elegant approach for the generation of high-quality peptide libraries by DEL (Keller, M., et al., Science, 2024).
