[ NWO | Scientific Exchange with the Netherlands ]

The Incidental Financial Support of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) enables the invitation of foreign top-experts who make a substantive contribution to a scientific meeting in the Netherlands in the following disciplines: astronomy, computer science and mathematics.
 
Funding: EUR 2’250 (should not exceed 25% of the total estimated budget).
 
Eligible costs: travel and accommodation expenses of the foreign top-experts.
 
Applications can be submitted all year round, at least 2 months prior to the meeting, by researchers (with PhD or engineer degree) at Dutch universities/NWO institutes/KNAW institutes.
 
Note: proposals for 2018 are no longer accepted. New requests will be reviewed in 2019.
