The group of Prof. Tom Grossmann is specialized on the development of ligands that selectively bind to biomolecular targets such as protein-protein interactions. They have developed elegant strategies to lock natural peptide ligands in their bioactive conformation. They apply the ligands for elucidating and modulating biological processes.
