[PHRT I RESEARCH FUNDING]

The Personalized Health and Related Technologies (PHRT) will support research projects in the field of personalized health and support young scientists at the PhD and postdoctoral level to embark on a career in personalized health. Specifically, PHRT will create three project categories:
(1) education, 
(2) technology translation
(3) personalized medicine/health research projects (including Driver projects in cooperation with SPHN). 

Successful projects will receive funding over the period of 2017-2020. Teams of scientists from all ETH Domain institutions are encouraged to apply. This call is coordinated with the 1st call for proposals of the Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN), please see mémento. Projects involving public-private partnerships are allowed. However, only ETH Domain research groups are eligible for PHRT funding.
 
Deadline : 15^th of September, 2017 (17h00 CET)
Funding : A total of up to CHF 27.4 million will be made available for education, technology translation and research projects (including Driver projects).

In case project funding is requested from both SPHN and PHRT, a copy of the application must be submitted in parallel to both programs.

Funded projects can start on November 2017 at the earliest.
