More advanced topics, such as how to perform curve fitting, plotting line profiles, reslicing your data and batch processing, are also included.

Please feel free to suggest extra topics when you register. Depending on the replies, this will tailor the end of the day with some practicals ( for example : Colocalization, Tracking with Trackmate or cell detection with StarDist or Cellpose in Fiji ... )
While the course is of general use, the examples and applications are primarily relevant for those using light microscopy techniques.
  • There are 16 slots available, and participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The session is open to everyone from EPFL; the registration fee is waived.
  • Unjustified/late cancellations (less than three working days before the course date) and no-shows will be charged a fee of CHF 250.

We look forward to seeing you there and encourage you to fill out the registration form for your preferred date as soon as possible.
