This practical course, “From Fast to Long-term Live Imaging”, will take place on Thursday, November 28th, from 13:00 to 17:30. This course will cover best practices in live imaging and include demonstrations on four different microscopes:

Zeiss LSM980 confocal microscope with Airy detector
Our new spinning disk confocal microscope (coming soon)
Zeiss Lattice LightSheet 7 microscope
Perkin Elmer Operetta (high-throughput microscopy)

This course is open to all members of EPFL and is free of charge. However, please note that late cancellations (less than 3 working days before the course) and no-shows will incur a fee of CHF 250. Participants should already be familiar with the basic concepts of light microscopy and have recent hands-on experience.
