During this afternoon, you will learn how to optimally do live imaging using four different microscopes:
- Zeiss LSM980, confocal microscope with Airy detector.
- NIKON CrestOptics, widefield, spinning disk and super resolution system.
- Zeiss Lattice LightSheet 7 microscope.
- Perkin Elmer Operetta, high throughput microscopy
While the course is of general use, the examples and applications are primarily relevant for those using microscopes for live imaging.
- There are 12 slots available, and participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Academic fees 250 CHF (for EPFL the registration fee is waived except for late/unjustified cancellation)
