As part of the course "Discriminations on the labour market" of EPFL College of Humanities, a public session on harassment at work will take place on April 17.
Harassment at work, prevention and intervention
How can sexual harassment in the workplace be prevented? It is also necessary to know how to recognize situations of harassment and to know how to act when they occur. From ordinary sexist behaviour to sexual assault, the phenomenon of sexual harassment at work must be understood in all its complexity if it is to be dealt with effectively.
