Let $rho$ be a borelian measure on $SL_2 (R)$ having an exponential moment and whose support generates a non elementary subgroup. Then, the action of $SL_2 (R)$ on the projective space $P (R^2) $ defines a random walk. In this talk I will study the Markov operator associated to it and it's perturbation by cocycles.
