Injection-avalanche Si CMOS LED's (450nm - 750nm) and Directional Micro-Emitter. Several
potential applications are proposed for combining our existing Si LED In Ava and defect
engineered technology with state of the art MEMS technology as available with CSEM and
EPFL, potentially generating a new generation of CMOS based MOEMS devices, each having
definite marketing, industrial and commercial potential.
