The Agora scheme aims to foster dialogue between scientists and society. It encourages researchers to communicate their own current research to a non-specialist audience. Agora projects have to initiate a dialogue between researchers and the target audience in which they interact and listen to each other.
Restrictions:
- minimal work-time percentage required for applicants: 20%
- project partners must be affiliated to an institution recognized by the SNSF
- project partners can be with or without scientific background
Funding: between CHF 5’000 and 50’000 for up to 3 years
No Deadline: rolling call
Funding: between CHF 50’000 and 200’000 for up to 3 years
Deadline: 3 September 2018 at 5 p.m.
Decision: mid-February
Earliest start: 1 March
