"Piano and movie night" in Vevey

A "Piano and movie" night will be held on Friday, November 22 at the "Café Littéraire" in Vevey.

During this evening, Professor Martin Rohrmeier, head of the Digital Musicology Laboratory in the College of Humanites Digital Humanities Institute, will provide live musical accompaniment to the Charlie Chaplin film "The Circus" (1928, 70 minutes). 

In addition to his academic engagement, Martin is a piano virtuoso and lover of silent film, and he will accompany the film based from a free-form composition.
