SPEED MENTORING ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

The UK Mission in Geneva has partnered with the International Gender Champions Secretariat and International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to host a speed mentoring event.
 
The event will be a celebration of International Women’s Day (Tuesday 8^th March), with the aim of connecting ambitious university-age women from around Geneva with inspiring female leaders from international Geneva. This is a unique opportunity to seek career advice from Ambassadors and senior staff working in international organisations and NGOs.
 
Places are limited and we are asking students to submit an expression of interest.

‘Speed mentoring’ is similar to speed dating in that it allows mentees to meet multiple mentors in a short time (typically by switching seats). The event will allow for the quick-fire exchange of ideas about professional development.
 
The event will be at a central Geneva location near the UN. Light refreshments will be provided.
