Conventionally the flight test campaign of the A380 covered all the domains of the aircraft: structure performance handling qualities systems cabin airport compatibility noise extreme weather conditions etc.
For each of those disciplines the tests developed in three phases: initial assessments and flight envelope opening development and fine tuning and finally certification. During the same period multiple commercial demonstrations and Airshows were to be done in addition to the tests. Whilst this program was quite similar to previous certification campaigns the size of the aircraft made this process a little bit particular. This conference tells the salient events of this technical story illustrated by pictures and videos.
