U.S. DOD DARPA - Information Innovation Office (I2O) Office-wide
Event details
Date | 29.10.2024 |
Category | Call for proposal |
This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeks revolutionary research ideas for topics not being addressed by ongoing I2O programs or other published solicitations. Potential proposers are highly encouraged to review the current I2O programs (http://www.darpa.mil/about-us/offices/i2o ) and solicitations (http://www.darpa.mil/work-with-us/opportunities ) to avoid proposing efforts that duplicate existing activities or that are responsive to other published I2O solicitations.
The Information Innovation Office (I2O) creates ground-breaking science and develops transformational capabilities in the informational and computational spheres. I2O programs address elements of four key thrust areas:
- Proficient artificial intelligence (AI)
- Resilient, adaptable, and secure systems
- Advantage in cyber operations
- Confidence in the information domain
I2O may also consider submissions outside these thrust areas if the proposal involves the development of novel capabilities in line with I2O perspectives.
Amount/duration: Multiple awards are anticipated. The amount of resources made available under this BAA will depend on the quality of the proposals received and the availability of funds. Duration should be indicated in the abstract, typically 36 months.
