Did you ever wonder how to find a career outside the university environment as a qualified postdoctoral researcher?
This question will be answered during the workshop “Job-search outside the university for a Postdoc in Life Sciences”.
During this workshop you will:
-identify your generic and transferable skills
-understand better the types of employment that fits your skills and interest
-have a better knowledge of potential employers for Life Sciences in Switzerland
-know how to develop a professional network
-better understand how to find relevant job ads in the public and private sector
-be given general advice on how to write a CV and cover letter
-learn what is important during the job interview
Costs: 100 CHF per person to be payed until 7th of March 2014
