Second Call of the National Research Programme “Antimicrobial Resistance” (NRP 72).The ultimate objective of NRP 72 “Antimicrobial Resistance” is to contribute to reducing antimicrobial resistance as well as decreasing its negative impact on the therapy of infectious diseases.To reach this objective research will be organized in three modules.

Deadlines:

Letters of intent: 1^st of March 2017
Full proposal: 26^th of June 2017, 17:00 CET

Funding : For this call, the NRP has a budget of CHF 4 million (to fund around ten new projects)
Duration : Maximum 36 months
Subject:

Module 1: Projects pursuing a One Health approach, i.e. combining at least two of the three areas human medicine, veterinary medicine and environmental sciences.
Module 2: Projects developing new diagnostic methods.
Module 3: Additional projects in intervention studies.
