Come by and relax at the No Stress Day on 29 May 2017 in the hall of CO. Free resources, information and workshops are offered all day long!

Shiatsu : sessions of 15min/person, from 10h to 17h
Guided Meditation : 2 sessions of 30min, at 11h30 and at 13h
Laughing Yoga : 2 sessions of 30min,at 11h30 and at 13h
Seated Massages : sessions of 5min/person, from 11h to 14h
Dynamic Relaxation : 4 sessions of 15min, between 12h30 and 14h
Student café/bar Satellite is transforming into a « Zen Corner » with a live set by Ÿ
Student Affairs Services (SAE) and the nurses from Point Santé will be there for you to answer questions you might have about stress and stress management.
