Administrative Management of European Project

European Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation. Your laboratory is taking part in an EU project and one of your missions will be to ensure its efficient administrative, financial and HR management. Then, it is important that you take some time to familiarize yourself with the structure of these projects and their specific management rules. With this training course, you will learn about the contractual documents and find the important information mentioned in them. Administrative, financial and HR management rules will also be presented and discussed based on practical cases.

It is recommended to follow this seminar as early as possible, ideally towards the beginning of the project.
