Baukultur and the Culture of Transition
Public Seminar at EPFL
The way in which environmental issues challenge the cultural and material apprehension of cities and territories inside the very practice of design is palpable in the academic, professional and scientific practices of several laboratories at EPFL. The Habitat Research Center proposed to six of them to open an interdisciplinary debate based on their contributions to an ongoing editorial project.
On the occasion of the public seminar entitled "Baukultur and the Culture of Transition" to be held on the 28th of March at EPFL Foyer SG, their presentations will be introduced by a serie of statements held by guest speakers, and concluded by an open discussion. This public event is intended to be of particular interest for the ENAC community, and for architecture students in particular.
