The EFPL is characterized by an academic, scientific and multicultural culture. We offer three workshops to help you be effective and shine in all dimensions of your position.

What you will learn
- Recognize and name your skills and added value to the team's performance
- Identify ways to strengthen your autonomy within the limits of your managers' wishes
- Facilitate daily tasks by sharing experiences and resources (how to set priorities, make the most of my time, etc.)
- Exercise assertiveness techniques useful for setting and enforcing limits (saying no, managing expectations, etc.), communicating sensitive messages and dealing with aggression or intimidation
- Build self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-awareness


This training takes place over 3.5 days and will be given in French
