Applications are now open for the 8th cohort of our exclusive 3-month accelerator program, Blaze.

Launched in 2021, Blaze has been uniquely crafted for EPFL students and recent alumni. To date, the program has empowered over 50 startups, with remarkable achievements—two alumni have been accepted into Y Combinator, and one has successfully exited!

About the program:

Blaze is designed to propel leading student startups towards a successful market launch. We transform founders into leaders, projects into startups, and potential into flawless execution. The program supports startups with rapid deployment potential, leveraging distinctive technology and a vision for societal impact. The program runs twice a year, in Spring and Autumn.

What you get:

Our goal is to equip EPFL TrailBlazers with the tools needed for a successful market entry and the potential to exceed market expectations. Throughout the three months, participants receive:
  • Launch funding of up to CHF 10,000 in non-dilutive capital
  • Dedicated coaching tailored to your startup's needs
  • Access to an international network of industry partners, technology experts, and senior designers
  • The program concludes with an award ceremony!
What we are looking for:
  • A working prototype
  • Initial traction
  • Exceptional drive and commitment (we intentionally keep our cohorts small!)
Eligibility:

At least one co-founder must be affiliated with EPFL. So, if you're a student, researcher, or recent graduate with an innovative idea, this is your chance to take it to the next level!
