Building resilience to change
In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business world, the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment has become an essential skill. This adaptation requires increased mental and physical resilience and the ability to be comfortable with continuous change.
Drawing on theories of change management, emotional intelligence and stress management models, neuroscience and mindfulness, this one-day workshop will enable participants to identify limiting patterns and develop personal strategies for responding effectively to change.
A mix of theory, practical tools and exercises will allow you to share and learn with other EPFL employees.
