Featuring talks by internationally-renowned researchers and lecturers from industry, this course gives students a short, intensive overview of the different techniques and applications of materials characterisation available to scientists and engineers.
Students also have a chance to perfect their presentation skills in the form of a short, three-minute pitch as well as in a more traditional poster session venue. Students may earn 1 ECTS credit for the course by attending all lectures and presenting a poster. It is also possible to attend indivudal days of the course though no ECTS credit will be given in this case.
