Essential Management Skills

Becoming a manager is something that you learn! This 5-days learning journey in face-to-face format aims to provide you with the fundamentals of management to guide individual and collective action towards performance.

Your learning journey will take place over the course of 6 weeks and will be composed of:

• A 1-hour virtual kick-off to launch the journey and take you through the step by step
• A series of 4 weekly one-day face-to-face workshops: each weekly workshop is the opportunity to focus on a specific skill area, and to learn, practice and share with your peers and your coach
• A last one-day workshop dedicated to co-development to share your management challenges and benefit from peer and expert feedback and coaching to explore and find the most appropriate solutions
