Our main project is the study of a case of repeated
acquisition of a specific molar shape in mouse and spiny mouse.
We are interested not only in the particular genes but also in the
developmental processes controlling this shape acquisition.
For this, we combine developmental biology with global time series transcriptomics.
We will present this ongoing analysis, with a special focus on tackling transcriptomic data to study and compare tooth development.
