Would you like to get involved in more hands-on activities?
Do you want to take your research to the next level and learn from European Space Agency experts?
We have the answers for you: apply now to the European Space Agency programmes for University students!
The European Space Agency programmes for University students are designed to complement the academic education by providing hands-on activities and a transfer of ESA’s practical and theoretical know-how. The domains of development include space sciences, biology, engineering, spacecraft operations, product and quality assurance and project management.
During this presentation session, four of the programmes of ESA Education will be presented:
• REXUS/BEXUS programme where students are selected to design and build an experiment that can fly on board of a sounding rocket or balloon from Kiruna, Sweden;
• FLY YOUR THESIS programme where students become astronauts for one day and test their experiments in low gravity during parabolic flights
• DROP YOUR THESIS programme in which experiments made by students are experiencing the low gravity environment from Bremen's tower
• SPIN YOUR THESIS programme where experiments made by students are accelerated in hyper-gravity
