The pharmaceutical marketplace is undergoing radical changes, as recent trends in Mergers and Acquisitions, partnerships, vertical integration and convergence strategies indicate.
Regulatory pressure, an ageing population and corresponding increase of healthcare costs are bound to have major bearing on the kind of business models healthcare stakeholders need to employ.
