We have all had trouble getting our ideas across within a team or convincing others to follow us.
Why is it so difficult to be heard when we are convinced that our ideas or proposals are excellent ?
In this seminar, you will learn what science says about how the brain's attentional filters work and which cognitive biases we all have hinder communication.
You will also learn techniques that make the expression of your ideas more convincing and considerably increase the likelihood of others buying into your vision and taking action !
