The Marie Skłodovska-Curie Doctoral Networks (MSCA-DN) implement doctoral programs for training in research and transferable skills by partnerships of universities, research institutions and research infrastructures, businesses including SMEs, and other socio-economic actors from different countries across Europe and beyond. Doctoral candidates are exposed to the academic and non-academic sector to develop competences for innovation and to enhance employability.
Duration and Funding
- The consortium applies for a project with a duration of 4 years. The financial contribution covers the participation of doctoral candidates for the duration of 3 years and research, training and networking costs. Doctoral candidates (DCs) may not have lived or worked in the country of the host organization for more than 12 months within the last 3 years prior to the employment of the DC on the project.
