The presentation will start with an overview of the activities of the team followed by the
presentation of a data mining campaign on gene knock-out data (simulated data) to help
decipher
complex regulation networks. He will then describe an algorithm to find clique sets to exhibit
groups of objects densely connected and having similar properties. To finish he will report
some
executions on a bibliographical database and on a gene expression/gene interaction
database.
