We will discuss on-going work describing the representation theory of
truncated shifted Yangians. These algebras arise as quantizations of
slices to Schubert varieties in the affine Grassmannian, and their
representation theory is related to the representation theory of the
Langlands dual group. In particular, we will discuss the
combinatorics of their highest weight theory, which is encoded in
Nakajima's monomial crystal.
