Young researchers’ exchange programme between Switzerland and Korea 2016/2017
The main purpose of this exchange programme is to foster the direct exchange between Korean and Swiss research groups and to enable the mobility of young researchers such as PhD students (with justification junior postdocs can also apply) between a partner research group in Korea or Switzerland. The researchers will be given the chance to learn a new technique or use some infrastructure directly relevant to their current research project.
The programme will fund research stays for a duration of three months and is open to all scientific fields including social sciences and humanities.
Swiss applicants must submit their applications (attached) to Dr. Rahel Byland by email (rahel.byland@sl.ethz.ch).
Submission deadline : 25 December 2016
Funding : up to KRW 10'000'000 (about CHF 8'500)
Duration : 3 months
Subject : All scientific fields including social sciences and humanities
