Panel Discussion: "Scientific research in industry: What you want to know"

A PhD or post-doc? You may be considering a career in industry but don't know much about how their research is done. So, on February 6, the NCCR MARVEL will host a panel discussion to help you learn more.

The panel will be composed of R&D leaders from companies across a range of technology areas (Solvay, Richemont, Toyota, Bosch, Materials Design, Novartis) active in materials. They will discuss key aspects of the research environment in their companies, and then answer your questions in a panel discussion. While there will be some focus on materials modeling in companies, the panel will also be able to address more general topics. 

The aperitif afterwards will give you a chance to continue with one-on-one discussions  - don’t miss this opportunity!
